Lexus Preston staff were good because I received excellent service from Naomi.
She answered everything I asked along with a video she sent me the same evening of the specifications of the car. We spoke again the following day when I returned to pay my deposit
The day of collection was just perfect from beginning to end. I loved how my vehicle was placed in the adjoining space with the frosted window, it was excellent presentation. Naomi is a very special sales lady who certainly deserves recognition for her work.

The experience at Lexus Preston was great because of the staff.
Jasmine was a pleasure to deal with. Both my wife and are not that tech savvy, she was very patient with us, changing over from a BMW X5, some of the technology will take some time to get used to, Jasmine offered to re educate us when we are ready.
More then that, she won our family over by bringing the beautiful Sonic Silver for us to test drive. Mrs Iqbal is very happy and that makes me happy.
