Lexus Preston

I'd definitely recommend Lexus Preston because I am genuinely impressed by my whole experience.

Chris O'shaugnessy didn't just tell me about cars, or tell me about the Lexus brand. He showed me fantastic ethics and quality. He showed me attention to detail, not just in Lexus engineering, but everywhere in and around his showroom.

Customer service was absolutely top tier from everyone I was introduced to at Preston.

The forecourt, showroom, its facilities and meeting rooms are immaculate. The staff all look happy in their work ... it all matters and makes a difference to the overall experience when buying a luxury item.

I didn't find what I was looking for at my first visit and hadn't felt pressurised. I was really impressed when Chris emailed me the next day with details of a car he'd sourced for me in the group stock that he was absolutely sure matched my requirements, and it has.

I hadn't realised how dedicated Chris was to matching me to the right car. I'm pretty sure he's had lots of training from Lexus, this shows in his professionalism, but he went way above what I expected from him.

My car was immaculately presented. It took pride of place at the foyer awaiting my collection and Chris looked proud to hand it over to me.

I met members of the service team who have since been very accommodating and have helped me with a couple of things with the car that I was unsure about.

My experience has been fabulous. I even learnt some Japanese from Chris whilst he was telling me about some of Lexus ethics.

I recommend a visit to anyone who wants a great experience whether its to buy a new or approved used car.

Any work which I have needed to be carried out, including servicing, has been to a high standard and value for money. I cannot praise everyone at Lexus Preston highly enough. Exceptional service with no pressure. Each visit has been a pleasurable experience.
